The national Digital Innovation Hubs (DIH) form a central contact point for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with support needs in the area of digital transformation. The aim of the evaluation is to determine to what extent the existing DIHs are visible and accessible to SMEs, the programme achieves its goals and what impacts have been achieved so far. Recommendations for the continuation and future design of the DIH programme will be derived from the findings of the evaluation.
