Against the background of the climate crisis, decarbonisation, sustainability, the Green Deal, etc., green jobs are gaining in importance. Therefore, there is also a need for action with regard to the creation of new job profiles, changes to existing job profiles and education and training. This study will examine the topic with a focus on the qualification level of apprenticeships and vocational schools and colleges. In line with the explorative nature of the study, the methodological focus will be on a qualitative approach (literature analysis, interviews and focus groups).
